ARE YOU LOOKING FOR FULL TIME CONTACT CENTRE WORK??

Do you have Excellent Customer Service skills and looking for a long term temporary role?

I am currently recruiting for Customer Service Advisors to work in a busy government contact centre in Cwmbran

The Working Hours are:

Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm

Free Parking
Close to local bus routes

Dealing with calls from members of the public, relating to Court Issued fines
Setting up payment plans or taking full payment
Dealing with all administration that is involved (Including court date letters etc)

You will need:
Previous Contact Centre Experience
Excellent attention to detail
Good IT Skills including Word and Excel
The ability to quickly lean new systems
Excellent customer service skills and be able to deal with all types of people and queries

Hourly Pay £9.59

THIS ROLE IS SUBJECT TO A DBS CHECK which costs £26
