Job Description

My Public Sector Client based in Stoke, are looking for Case Administration Officers to support their Divorce Service Line, where you will be the first point of contact for their Court Service. This is a temporary ongoing role, Monday to Friday 9.00 to 5.30pm, 37.00 hours a week.

Applicants must ideally have some service line experience (in bound calls) of dealing with queries from members of the public which can range from signposting, and general updates, to queries that are more difficult and sensitive in nature. You will be assisting with various queries relating to individual cases and applications. You must be able to communicate with people in a professional manner and be able to explain complex information in an accessible way. You will also be required to complete supportive administration, so must be competent in IT and dealing with a variety of mediums: email, webchat and telephone. You will have two weeks training from their Academy training remotely, and then you will be on site completing the balance of 6 weeks training.

This role will require a clear DBS to be in place, funded by yourself initially, but reimbursed within 4 to 6 weeks on assignment. The start date is 26th April 2021 so please ONLY apply if you are able to commit to starting on this date.

Please note the client will be strictly adhering to all government guidelines regarding COVID rules within the workplace.

This role is paying minimum wage for under 25s or £8.87 for those over 25. After 12 working weeks this will rise to £9.78 for all workers.
