Job Description
Contact Centre Manager
" Permanent, full time
" Rural Maidstone office location - must be a driver
" Hybrid working, x3 days working from home x2 days office based
" £26,800.00 per year
Salary increase after 2 months of employment if targets are met, this is then reviewed every 3 months.
Plus un capped commission!
Shift rotation between the hours of 8am-10pm, Monday to Sunday. Weekend shifts can be performed from at home.
We are looking for an experienced Call Centre Team Leader to join a market leading home services and technology provider. You will be responsible for managing and coaching a team of Call Centre Advisors and as a team representing one of the UKs largest telecoms provider.
Typical duties include:
" Managing and coaching a team of call centre advisors
" Identifying and assisting with training needs
" Engage with regular managers meetings
" Manage organisational changes such as changes with policies and procedures
" Ensuring all internal communications reach all team members
" Assist with probation reviews and appraisals
" Reporting on team performance
" Conduct regular staff 1-1s
" Ensuring KPIs and targets are met
" Guiding new starters through the induction period and buddy process
