We are delighted to be seeking Contact Centre Representatives to work within the NHS on a temporary contract based in Nottingham
Job Title - Contact Centre Representative
Location - Nottingham, Office Based (NG8)
Hours - 24/7 rota on shift patterns
Salary - £8.92 to £16.32 depending on shift
Duration - 3 months (could be extended)
Within this exciting opportunity, you will have the below responsibilities and duties:
" Receiving inbound calls to arrange transfers for NHS patients. These calls will need to be handled in a professional and timely manner.
" Assessing patient eligibility and advise the necessary action. If they are not eligible you will need to discuss with them the alternative options.
" Input transport bookings onto the inhouse system with 100% accuracy
" Make outbound calls to confirm appointments and run through pre arrival checks
" Liaise with Operational crew to receive updates about patient journeys to ensure everything is logged correctly
" Escalate and safeguarding concerns to senior members of staff
" All other general administration tasks that may need to be completed on a daily basis
Successful candidates will need to have come from a customer service based role, with good telephone and communication skills. You will also be required to have proven computer skills such as data inputting.
Within the role, you will be required to work 5 out of 7 days, including weekends and bank holidays, this could also include working night shifts. This is a temporary role for a minimum of 3 months.
Before being able to start you will be required to undergo standard compliance that may include a background check
