Brook Street are recruiting on behalf of a local government department for up to 6 Contact Centre support staff, to join a newly formed project team on a 2-3 month temporary contract.
These roles will be home based, and the required IT and phone equipment will be provided.
" Monitoring an inbox and responding to emails
" Collating and recording information and data in an accurate and timely way.
" Collating data into reports for analysis by colleagues
" Supporting colleagues in the organisation of data, incoming and outgoing
" Other support functions purview to the grade
The successful candidates will have;
" Well organised
" Work well in a team
" A good communicator
" Thorough and pay attention to detail
" Strong skills in MS applications (Excel, word)

These roles will be based on a 37-hour working week, Monday - Friday, 9-5. The hourly rate of pay is £12.06
