CONTACT CENTRE TEAM LEADER

Job Description

Brook Street (UK) Ltd has an exciting opportunity for a Team Leader with our Co. Down-based contact centre client.

The Team Leader will be responsible for managing a call centre team, coaching & developing all team members, ensuring that everyone is equipped with the necessary knowledge and tools to succeed, responding to and dealing with escalated issues regarding performance and quality, and ensuring consistency, adherence, and discipline within the team.

You are a good fit for this role if you have at least 1 year`s supervisory experience in a call centre environment along with:

  • an excellent telephone manner;
  • strong communication skills;
  • confidence and professionalism;
  • the ability to work under pressure and to targets;
  • excellent keyboard and PC skills; and
  • strong administration skills.


This is a temporary, ongoing role with a view to it becoming permanent. The hours of work are 0900 to 1700, Monday to Friday; and the rate of pay is £10.50 per hour. The successful candidate will also benefit from bonus incentives and may avail of flexible working hours.
