Contact Centre Team Leader
Salary £25,000-£30,000 pa
Bonus earning potential up to £2,944 pa
Shift patterns will be variable and based on a 37.5 hour contract
Great opportunities for contact centre Team Leaders to join the UK's leading specialist warranty provider based in Brighton.
You will lead a team of up to 15 contact centre agents. With your coaching, support and motivation they will deliver a fantastic customer experience on every single call, resolving queries quickly and efficiently, making additional sales wherever possible and always representing the brand in the best possible way by putting the customer at the heart of everything they do.
With previous contact centre experience, ideally within a regulated environment, you'll know how to lead, coach, engage and energise a team to achieve their performance targets and longer-term career goals. Excellent communication skills are a must, and a real passion for delivering first-class customer service is critical too. You will also need to know how to use call recording and workforce management systems to review and manage the ongoing performance of your team.
