Content Administrator

Job Description

Our Public Sector client is looking for a strong Administrator to help support their Cloud Migration Team. This is a temporary ongoing role, Monday to Friday 37.00 hours per week, paying £10.90 per hour. This role is fully remote working.

We are looking for 3 self-motivated and enthusiastic individuals who are especially proficient with Word to prepare content ready for migration within a strict timeframe.

You will be responsible for preparing existing content for migration to the clients Content Cloud, ensuring it meets the standards set out in their controlled content style guide.

You will be populating migration forms with all required document information (metadata) and also prepare old (archived) content for migration. Ensuring each document is saved as the correct file type and basic metadata is captured on the corresponding migration form.

This role will require you to re-template and reformat content as well as extracting key information and populating spreadsheets. You will of course receive full training, but you should have strong existing IT skills and be proficient in MS applications and SharePoint

Part of your role will involve liaising with other departments and stakeholders, therefore communication skills and the ability to work under pressure, maintaining focus and concentration are key. You should also have strong organisational skills, and able to work well as part of a team.

This role will require a DBS and three years referencing.
