My Public Sector Client based in Birmingham City Centre is looking for a Content and Data Officer to fully support their Innovation, Transformation and Digital Directorate. The role is paying £13.03 per hour going up to £16.04 after 12 working weeks. This is a temporary assignment working full time, Monday - Friday, 37.50 hours per week. Working hours will usually be 9.00am to 5.00pm.

The successful candidate will be responsible for facilitating the delivery of the National Website Platform within an agile environment focused on delivery and early benefits realisation. You must also be confident in working with end users, colleagues and senior stakeholders to drive transformation across all aspects from design to maintenance, and continuous improvement phases of systems and analytical products.

You will need to ensure that best practice with content design and content management principles are embedded in the development and maintenance of the service. Create, edit and disseminate high quality content and represent the profession to internal and external users, stakeholders and suppliers. You must demonstrate a good knowledge of a range of disciplines and understand the importance of content design, service design, working to Agile methodologies, and using a shared toolkit of techniques, processes and systems.

The role will require you to work semi-autonomously on the delivery of specific plans and will lead on the delivery of smaller projects and work that contribute to a wider programme of activities
