Job Title: Content Executive

Main Purpose of the Role
To write content for all channels of communication that helps to inform and educate customers, leading to higher engagement and return visitors to the Allianz Assistance website. As well for B partners in a B2B context.
Monday to Friday: 09:00 to 17:00 (35 hours per week). However, due to the nature of this role hours may vary in line with business needs.
" Creating and executing external content such as videos, newsletters, imagery etc. To be used across multiple channels.
" Helping to create content for internal documents such as training and marketing materials for the sales team.
" Liaising with stakeholders (both internal and with b partner) for content sign off.
" Ensuring that all content is in the correct tone of voice and style for the Allianz Assistance brand and also the B partner clients.
" Leveraging existing and planned sponsorships to ensure we are maximising exclusive content opportunities to support both B2C and B2B2C propositions.
" Ensure all copy across owned and paid channels adheres to brand TOV
" Create new consumer language unpinned by our brand promise
" Work with legal and creative studio to ensure all B2B2C content is on-brand for clients yet consumer centric
" Work with legal and creative studio to ensure our own policies are both accurate but in a consumer friendly language.
Tracking & Managing Content
" Working with the broader marketing team to feed into a marketing plan/ calendar of activities. Maintaining and updating the plan as and when required. Taking responsibility for the content plan and strategy.
" Be the brand ambassador for consistency of messaging across multiple channels and platforms both owned and paid.
" Track and measure content performance. Help to refine and adapt as appropriate, using a test and learn approach to make recommendations for future activity
Marketing Community Liaison
" Build relationships so that we are liaising at an appropriate level within the Allianz Partners community regarding new content and best practises including Market
" Management/ Marketing. Utilising the Allianz Partners Content Repository when relevant.
" Work closely with Internal Communications to clash manage content release schedule and support internal outreach when appropriate.
" Work closely with PR both internal and external agency in order to maximise engagement opportunities
You will also be responsible for the following;

" To manage or assist with relevant ad-hoc projects as required by your line manager and other additional duties as requested.
" Complete all appropriate administration, including monthly reports.
