My client is seeking to find a member for their team to roll out an Operational Excellence program with focus on people engagement, accountability, ownership and improved financial performance.

Your role will implement OEE, instil a strong HS&E culture at all times, focus on people engagement, work closely with the Operations team, use opportunity to educate the wider workforce, provide coaching, build engagement within and support other internal teams when required
