Contract Co-ordinator Fixed Term Contract
I am looking to recruit a Contract Co-ordinator for a company based in Stoneleigh business park, the location is commutable from Warwick, Leamington, Southam, Coventry, Cubbington and Kenilworth.
The position is being offered on a fixed term contract up to September 2020 and the salary will pay up to £23,000 (pro-rata)
The working week is 37 hours, there is parking on site and you will be entitled to 33 days (pro-rata) annual leave including bank holidays.
As the Contract Co-ordinator you will support the contracts team completing a variety of quality tasks. This is a fast-paced position that requires someone that can multitask with excellent attention to detail. You will have strong accuracy and numeracy skills and be able to complete various tasks within specific timeframes.
For the position we are looking for someone with the following:
Ideally 2 - 3 years in a contract or co-ordination Administrator position or similar
Knowledge of working with a CRM database and managing a busy email inbox
Strong customer service, experience of liaising with customers over the phone
Good MS Word and Excel
Desirable:
Knowledge working in a utilities co-ordination or administration position is highly advantageous
Experience in proof reading
Experience in translating technical information
Due to the location of the client you do need to be able to drive with access to your own car.
