Contract Recruitment Consultant - Technology & Online Sector
Are you the next member of the family? This role is really fast paced and phone intensive.

My client is looking for a Senior Contract Recruiter to join their Technology practice based in Hertfordshire. They are a leading recruiter of Product Managers and are expanding their team.

As a contract Recruiter you would be responsible for managing and building on an existing contractor base, re-engaging with past relationships and forging new ones to lead and grow the contract business. You will need to have a passion for business development as you will own the strategy of short, mid and long term contract growth. You will drive growth by firstly focusing on your individual targets and concentrating on building relationships with contractors and managers.

An excellent new business acumen is essential, as is a desire to support and work within a team.They will be looking for a record of growing and maintaining a contractor base and a strategic approach to client and market mapping. If you have a technology background that would be preferable however we do strongly believe that a good recruiter can thrive in any sector so are interested in individuals looking to move into the technology sector.
