Job Description

Brook Street Coventry is recruiting on behalf of a rapidly expanding industrial company for a contracts administrator on a temporary to permanent basis. Located in Tile Hill, this role will be working in their brand new premise which is within walking distance of Tile Hill train station and easily accessible on bus routes.

Due to recent growth, an opportunity has arisen within the contracts team for a diverse and hardworking individual to join a small but successful company during a period of sustained growth. The duties for this role vary and entail elements of administration, customer service, accounts, credit control, account management and logistics. The plan will be to start someone off with the more basic tasks and over time increase the responsibilities and complexity of tasks.

My client are looking for someone to take on that they can train, develop and eventually grow within the company. Their ethos means that personality and attitude are essential for any employee they take on and as a result they will consider candidates that may be lacking experience but can show their ambition and enthusiasm to learn and be successful. Some experience within an administration or customer service based role will be needed, as well as good IT skills, strong communication and customer skills and able to pick up new tasks quickly.

My client offers excellent working hours of 09.00-17.00 Monday to Friday with an hours lunch, and Friday Is a 16.00 finish, in total a 34 hour working week. Other benefits include free onsite parking, modern canteen facilities, a break room which includes a pool table and regular social events with colleagues.

The starting hourly rate will be £11.87 per hour.
