Our client based in the Rumney area of Cardiff is looking for a Contracts Administrator to be responsible for the day to day handling of contract renewals and to provide excellent customer service to all customers.
You will be working closely with the sales team to process orders for new and renewed contracts in a timely manner to ensure that deadlines are met.
This role is so varied with no 2 days the same, some of your duties include:
Answering incoming phone calls and responding to customer queries
Producing regular reports for contracts due to expire
Produce and send renewal quote & service certificates and ensuring customer records remain accurate.
Proactively contact customers to chase contract renewals
Processing all orders along with accurate documentation control
General administration along with customer service duties
You will need to have excellent attention to detail with the ability to work to deadlines. Good communication skills are needed along with a proactive approach to customer service plus being a team orientated person.
Hours of work:
9am - 5pm Monday to Thursday, with a 4pm finish on Fridays
24 days per annum plus stats (shut down for Xmas)
