We are currently recruiting for a Contracts Administrator to join our enthusiastic team based in Nottingham for an exciting temporary to permanent opportunity

Job Title: Contracts Administrator
Salary - £10.00 per hour
Location - Nottingham (NG5)
Hours - 8am - 4.30pm Monday to Friday
Duration - Temporary to permanent.

Within your new role you will be responsible for a vital part of the contract delivery process, planning appointments for installation teams and sub-contractors to carry out all type of works generated from allocated Projects/Contracts, to guarantee the delivery of first class service to our customers. Your responsibilities will include:
¢ Collate information for installation teams and from the installation teams, book surveys, Installations and compile fitters packs.
¢ Manage the planning, coordinating and monitor the receipt of information from and to your clients.
¢ Liaising with your Clients and colleagues.
¢ Have a clear understanding of the company's policies and vision and contribute to these.
¢ To use the Company automated and computerised systems where necessary.
¢ Respond to and deal with items and communicate proficiently by email and telephone.
¢ Plan future capacity requirements.


Our ideal candidate will have strong administration and customer service experience, as well as have a positive and "can do" attitude. You will also need to have knowledge of all Microsoft packages and have outstanding communication skills.
