Job Description

Due to an increase in demand, we are delighted to be expanding our team by recruiting for a Contracts Administrator for our office in Stoneleigh.

Job Title - Contract Administrator
Location - Stoneleigh
Pay - £11.00 per hour
Hours - Monday to Friday (early finish on Friday)
Contract type - Temporary for 3-6 months, could go permanent.

Within this exciting opportunity, your main duties will include:
" Supporting the after sales team but ensuring all aspects within the contracts are created within a timely manner.
" Supporting the sales team by guaranteeing the sales administration is completed within our SLA.
" Assisting with payment reconciliations and chasing commissions
" Generating sales reports when required for team leaders and managers
" Establish and maintain strong business relationships with customers and colleagues
" Locate possible issues within a timely manner to ensure problems are not escalated
" Working within the team to ensure all general administration tasks are completed on a daily basis.

Our Ideal candidate would have the below experience:
" Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
" Have previous experience with a contracts or sales administration environment.
" Have advanced knowledge of all Microsoft packages
" Excellent problem-solving skills
" Be highly organised and be able to work well within a fast-paced environment.

This is a temporary role with the possibility of going permanent if our increase in workload continues to grow. To be successful in securing this position you will be required to complete a one stage virtual interview, with an immediate start if successful. This role is fully office based; however, all safety restrictions will be in place. Please note that due to our location, it is very desirable you have you own form of transport.
