Job Description

We are looking for a Contract Administrator with an excellent working knowledge of building maintenance contracts, co-ordination and administration.

A well respected high calibre company in a specialised industry.

You will have excellent communication skills, with the ability to work unsupervised and to meet challenging deadlines.

You will support a maintenance operation by receiving and dispatching service requests, updating internal and client systems, administering procurement and producing high quality communication.

The idea candidate will need strong Word and Excel skills and have a working knowledge of building maintenance contracts co-ordination and administration.

Advanced skills in spreadsheets and database applications. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to work unsupervised, under pressure and meet challenging deadlines.

£12 ph

C.V.'s followed by interview. Salary can be reviewed dependent on experience.
