Job Description

My Public Sector Client is looking for a strong administrator for an ongoing temporary assignment based in Edgbaston. The role is paying £10.83 and then £11.77 in the 13th working week onwards. This role would be full time, from Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm (potential flexibility).

You must be an experienced, motivated and professional administrator with excellent organisational and communication skills to be able to support their contracts team both efficiently and effectively. You must be confident in liaising with internal and external stakeholders and be able to provide ad hoc business intelligence support, disseminating information to assist in producing data reports.

You also be experienced in co-ordinating meetings, distributing agenda's, taking accurate notes/minutes as required and following up on actions. Therefore being able to demonstrate initiative and manage/prioritise your own workload is essential.

A comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft packages; Outlook, Word, Excel, including the ability to create and modify pivot tables would be required.
