Job Description

We are working with a local supplier based in the Halifax area.

They are looking for a new Contracts Adviser to join them on a 10 month fixed term contract

Salary: £20,000
Working hours 8-5 Mon-Fri with a 45 minute lunch

Duties Include:

Reviewing, amending and renewing service contracts

Administration of records systems

Preparation of contracts and quotations

Provide internal key customer accounts support where applicable

Resolve and close customer complaints

Deliver high customer satisfaction

Perform other tasks when necessary to support the business

Requirements:

Working knowledge/experience of customer contract database management

Customer focused attitude

Excellent communicator at all levels

IT Literate

Natural teamworker

Financial awareness
