Position: Contracts Manager
Location: Lincolnshire (flexible in travelling around the East Anglia region)
Salary: £70,000 + (salary dependent on individual)
Hours: Full Time - Monday to Friday


Contracts Manager - Residential Construction
Brook Street are recruiting for am established housing developer with exciting growth plans operating across the East, Lincolnshire, and the Midlands. They also have future plans to expand and grow the business further!

Main Duties for the Contracts Manager:

• Managing subcontractors
• Enforcing and monitoring Health and Safety practices and CDM Regulations on site
• Pricing and agreeing instructions with the Client or Client's Agent, e.g. insurance companies
• Ensure all specific materials ordered are received on or before their due delivery dates
• Attend regular report and update meetings with the Directors
• Record, investigate and respond to any complaints received with regards to any aspect of the service that we provide
• Writing policies which will be implemented across sites and the business
• Site visits with clients, architects, surveyors etc
• Managing up to 4 areas with around 25 people in each

Application Requirements for Contracts Manager:

• IOSH & NEBOSH Qualification
• Experience working in Residential Construction (2+ years preferred)
• Managerial Experience (2+ years)
• Contracts Experience (5+ years)
