Contracts Manager / Quality Assurance
Since establishing and growing in 2010 this fantastic company is looking to add to their vast growing team, they are looking for a confident and qualified contracts manager who can oversee and check the quality of the products they install.
You will be from a construction background and you are used to raising red flags, reviewing work and making sure that the quality of the installation and the product are second to none, you will liaise with the customers and clients therefore good communication and customer service is key.
This role has some key aspects as per the below:
o Scoping new business
o Carry out on site reports
o Raise any red flags - Snags
o Be able to follow the process of inspection necessary to compile a list of minor defects or omissions in any on site installs to be rectified
o Happy to remote work and be PC literate and be able to report and relay on site information in a timely manor
o Know how to resolve any issues and who to contact to do so with any red flags raised on installs on site
o Proactive and can time manage own diary and week
o Able to liaise with the client professionally and maintain a good level of customer service
o Be able to sign off on installs as and when they are done not at the end of the project (this will be achieved by clever planning and diary management)
o Travel will be involved = sites are Liverpool/ London/ New Castle / etc
o Role involves travel and driving

Building management degrees
2years + experience
Kitchen background such as design, installation etc would be beneficial but not essential
