Are you an experienced Residential Conveyancer? Are you an organised, motivated individual who is looking for a new challenge?

The Company:
Brook Street are pleased to offer an opportunity to work with a dynamic, modern law firm. My client is looking for an experienced Conveyancer to join their team in Eastleigh.

The Role:
You will be advising clients on all aspects of residential Conveyancing. You will be involved with freehold and leasehold conveyancing, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, new-build, and shared ownership.

Your Skills:
You will be an excellent communicator who is able to respond swiftly to enquiries, draft documents, research details about properties being bought or sold and undertake all work associated with the exchange, completion and post-completion of properties, including registration. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge and experience with relevant online systems.
