Conveyancing and Land registry Assistant
Salary Range Depending on Experience up to £23,000

I am recruiting for a local family run solicitors in Inverness city centre that have been established in the area for 150 years. A well known and trusted legal company who pride themselves on their customer service.
They require someone to assist them in their daily operations. The appointed assistant will have a track record of previous experience in Residential or Commercial Conveyancing and experience in land registry work is essential.
your key duties will include -
o Provide one to one support to solicitors
o Liaising with internal and external clients by email, telephone and face to face
o Working to strict and tight deadlines
o Diary Management
o Case Management
o Assisting with general administrative duties
Applications are welcome from candidates with experience in a similar role, Strong communication skills are vital for liaising with clients, you must have a keen eye for detail and be able to work under minimal supervision.
2+ years` experience in residential conveyancing and land registry is essential
