Brook Street are looking to recruit a Conveyancing Assistant for one of Lincoln's top Law Firms. Are you looking for a company with clear career progression and continuous development? Then this role is for you!
You will:
- Be an expert in opening and closing files
- Be confident in drafting contracts
- Have amazing communication, liaising with clients and third parties throughout the transaction
- Be able to manage a large caseload
The job will include:
- Transferring deeds and title reports
- Sending out client care and documentation
- Completing land registry portal tasks
- Exchanging contracts
- Order searches
- Preparing SDLT forms
- Audio transcription
Hours - Monday to Friday 9- 5
Salary - 16K- 20K DOE
