Do you have current Conveyancing experience?

Are you knowledgeable about the Conveyancing Process?

Do you have at least 3 years' legal assistance experience?

Then this could be the job for you!

Brook Street are proud to be assisting a well established law firm in the North East who are currently looking for a conveyancing assistant to join their busy team.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in all conveyancing administration (a minimum of 3 years' experience) and will be up-to-date with the process. You MUST have knowledge of land registry, stamp duty, and post-completion administration to be considered for this position as you will be carrying out land registry searches, drafting contracts and carrying out registrations. Minimal training can be provided however ideally my client are looking for someone who will be able to "hit the ground running!" and provide support to the senior solicitor.
