Do you have experience or an exposure to providing administrative support to a Conveyancing team? Would you like to work with a leading legal firm based on the Wirral?
If so, this could be the perfect role for you. Working at the client's head office in the Wirral area (although there are home working opportunities if required), you will be expected to offer key support and assistance to the conveyancing process.

A competitive basic salary that ranges between £18,000-£22,000 per annum (there is a clear salary guide and path to establish where a candidate would fit in terms of expected salary per annum.)
Working hours of 0900-1700 Mon-Fri.
Working from home opportunities and flexibility in working hours (would be discussed at interview stage).
Holiday entitlement of up to 4 weeks paid holidays (exclusive of bank holidays).
Day to day duties in the role include:
Dealing with pre-contract enquiries raised by the buyer's solicitors on sales transactions.
Co-ordinating the exchange of contracts on both sales and purchase transactions.
Preparing contract documentation and completion statements on both sales and purchase transactions.
In order to apply for this role, you MUST have the following skills and experience:
At least 1-2 years experience or exposure to providing Conveyancing support.
Experience of working within a legal firm.
