Experience in conveyancing? My client is looking for an ambitious assistant to join their thriving conveyancing department within their ever-expanding, Newcastle-based law firm.
Progression is a huge part of what this company is about, with internal promotions a regular occurence. Initially your role would be to act as a support structure for two fee earners, assisting them with the process of conveyancing.
This includes everything from handling mortgage applications, collaborating with estate agents, responding to emails and managing their workload.
In time, should you prove your dedication, they would be looking to build you up to become a conveyancer in your own right, eventually 360 managing 5 of your own cases.
They are looking for somebody who has a strong knowledge of the conveyancing process, as well as a closeness of attention to the confidentiality procedures that go with it. Being a busy firm, they are looking for a reliable, proactive self-starter, who can come in and really crack on. The conveyancing department is an open office with 21 people across the two sides of the department.
The firm is a really great place to work, with great health and dental care, life insurance, pension and exciting Summer and Christmas parties. Also, it would be a 9-5 role, ideal office hours, with no need for overtime.
Give me, Tom Walsh, a call on 0191 232 5661 to discuss this further. Alternatively drop me your CV via email at .
