Job Description

We are currently seeking a confident, well-presented Conveyancing Legal Secretary, with a professional and courteous telephone manner to work with one of our well established clients based in the West Midlands.

You will be working for several Business Partners within the department of Commercial Conveyancing.

Your responsibilities will include

Audio Typing - correspondence, forms, notes, leases & agreements
Diary management & e-mail
Filing
Administration
Telephone duties
Arrange meetings, appointments, have contact with clients, Partners & Solicitors

You will be professional and organised along with exceptional attention to detail. It is of most important that you are able to work on your own with the ability to hit the ground running.

The successful applicant will be competent with Microsoft Office packages.

Salary is between £17,000 to £20000 per annum (depending on experience)

Hours of work - 09:00am to 17:00pm with 45 minutes for lunch

Holiday entitlement is 20 days plus bank holidays
