NEW ROLE: CONVEYANCING PA
If you are seeking a relocation to the North East of Scotland or looking for a new opportunity in Aberdeen and are an experienced Conveyancing PA then you may be interested in this current opportunity.

You will be part of a busy and successful legal team based in the City Centre. This role will involve assisting the Conveyancing Partner with all conveyancing formalities about sale, purchase and private remortgage transactions and also provide assistance to the Estate Agency team within the branch.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Audio Dictation, Opening Purchase Files on Visual Files/Preparing Quotations/TOB`s/Offers/typing missive letters/completing anti Money Laundering checks /importing documents onto case management system
Maintain paper files post settlement i.e. chasing outstanding documents, sending out documents to clients, Lenders and Solicitors and liaising with conveyancers re file issues
Submitting offers on behalf of clients
Dealing with clients within office and on the telephone
Keeping clients updated on their transaction
Scanning relevant file documents onto case management system, sending out Deeds, closing and shredding files
Meet with clients to take relevant ID/witness client signatures on documentation

QUALIFICATIONS
Essential
National 5 / Higher qualifications

Previous Conveyancing experience

Excellent communication skills
Attention to detail
Experience dealing with customers / clients
