Job Description

My client based in Dunfermline is seeking a qualified conveyancing paralegal on a permanent basis. Do you want to join a team who has gone through massive growth, a team who supports one another and an organisation who believes in development then look no further?

As a volume provider of conveyancing services my client works with many of UK`s leading mortgage lenders, estate agents, IFA`s and builders. They are recognised as market leaders in both technology and a manner they deliver their services, their service is tailored to each client.

Skills and experience required:

" Experience working within a Conveyancing department is essential
" Experience can include assisting on caseloads or managing your own
" Taking instructions from clients
" Dealing with all aspects of missives
" Dealing with all aspects of the conveyancing process in purchases, sales, remortgages and discharges
" Completing LBTT and Registration processes
" Possess excellent communication skills
" Ability to work in a fast paced environment and prioritise workload
" Willing to support the wider team

" 28 days annual leave (inc of BH)
" Competitive salary

" Monday to Friday - no weekend working
