My Client are a long-standing and well-established law firm who over the past five years have grown significantly, now operating across six offices in South London and Kent. We are pleased to announce an excellent opportunity has arisen for a number of Residential Conveyancing Assistants to join our busy property team across our offices.
We are looking for an experienced, accurate and self-motivated person to join our small but established residential property team. The role covers all aspects of the conveyancing process including setting matters up from the outset, completing searches, taking money on account, and handling matters from exchange to completion. The role will also include liaising with clients, lenders, solicitors and managing agents. You will be expected to prepare completions statements, arrange the sending of completion money to the other side, deal with STLD`s and registrations with minimal supervision. The successful applicant needs to believe in our mission and be client and outcome focused
" A minimum of 2 years` experience within the similar role
" Experience in the conveyancing process and the transaction process
" Experience in dealing with transfers of equity would be useful, but not essential
