DO YOU HAVE CONVEYANCING SECRETARIAL EXPERIENCE WITHIN A BUSY LEGAL CONVEYANCING DEPARTMENT??
The successful candidate will have conveyancing secretarial experience with great attention to detail, good communication skills and excellent technical skills.
Your duties will include:
Audio copy typing - letters; legal forms (Oyez); quotes (Powered by pie)
Answer the telephone in a polite and efficient manner
Undertake administrative duties such as photocopying & updating client details
Filing correspondence and ensuring files are kept up to date
Arranging appointments and dealing with clients
Work as part of a team, assisting with secretarial and telephone cover when required
Handle all confidential information discreetly and in-line with GDPR/AML
