My client is a well-established and highly regarded Legal Practice, known throughout Worcestershire. They currently have an opportunity for a Legal Secretary to join their busy Conveyancing department located at their Droitwich office, providing secretarial support to an experienced Conveyancer.
Ideal candidates will have a successful working history within a legal firm, either as a secretary or Legal Assistant, and a background in residential conveyancing is advantageous. You must be able to assist with a varied caseload, have strong administrative skills including fast and accurate typing ability and be comfortable to undertake any or all aspects of the conveyancing process.
This is a supportive role therefore you must be an active team player who is able to work well under pressure, have great attention to detail and be a confident typist.
Previous experience with online case management systems, dealing with private and confidential case-loads and audio dictation is also a benefit.
