Are you a Paralegal/Legal Executive or Solicitor with 2 years' experience working in a High Street Firm Conveyancing Department looking for Career Progression? Than look no further.

The ideal Candidate is to demonstrate and have a proven background in working independently on residential and/or commercial conveyancing transactions. The Candidate will be working directly under the senior partner of the firm and will be expected to handle their own case load and support the Conveyancing department with the full range of procedures from inception to completion of transaction.
SPECIFIC JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Sending client care letters to new clients;
2. Preparing/perusing draft contracts and all the supporting documents;
3. Applying/perusing searches;
4. Getting files ready for exchanging contracts;
5. Preparing TR1s and TP1s;
6. Drafting new leases;
7. Preparing report on title for clients;
8. Preparing completion statements;
9. Sending AP1 applications to the land registry as well as dealing with any requisitions raised by the land registry.
