Working in a busy kitchen you will assist the Head Chef in the management of the kitchen and ensure the company's high standards of quality food is always maintained.
Candidates should expect to work hard but also to have a work/life balance. Working Full Time, five days out of seven, between 8am and 5pm. You will also have the added advantage of having one weekend of every two weeks.

"To ensure food production, standards, costs & menu planning are carried out in a timely fashion, as agreed with the Chef & Catering Manager.
"To ensure all financial controls, costings, wastage and orders are met within the budget.
"To take responsibility for contributing towards your own development with the guidance of the Chef & Catering Manager and attending training courses as identified
"To ensure that the kitchen meets statutory and company requirements of Health and Safety, Food Safety and environmental legislation and procedures.
