Job Description

Fantastic opportunity to join a well-established company in Coventry as a coordinator! Previous experience is preferred however if you are hardworking, have a stable work history, looking for a career we are also open to this!

Monday - Thursday 9 - 5 4pm finish on Fridays (Office based)
Up to £22,500 DOE
25 days annual leave plus bank holidays

Duties include:
- Management of field-based sales executives ensuring they deliver on clients objectives - driving distribution across the convenience sector.
- Answer incoming calls from the field team and speak to the field team regularly to build strong working relationships with them.
- Ensure all projects are booked for your area to the team of field sales executives and that all jobs are completed accurately and on time.
- Assist in the delivery of projects relating to your area
- Weekly meetings to ensure everyone is delivering on each project
- Chase any uncompleted jobs via telephone with the sales executive and documenting all of this on our internal systems.

Person Specification;
- Good attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
- Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous
- Confident over the phone, good telephone manner
- Strong IT skills (Excel, word, outlook)
- Excellent communication
- Able to work under pressure well
- Able to multi task and prioritise
