Your main job will be to provide administrative and secretarial support to fee earners within the Corporate department- dealing with their case management systems, audio typing, filing and any other duties the fee earner will require.
Ideal candidates will have a successful working history in a similar role within a legal environment. You must have an excellent telephone manner and experience of dealing with clients on a face to face basis. Communication is key for a role like this - be confident in your ability to deal with clients and staff in a professional capacity.
To be considered you MUST demonstrate strong audio typing ability and be a competent touch typist. Strong IT skills are needed - Word and Excel are a must. Experience with SOS is desirable, but not essential as some training can be given. Experience within a corporate team is preferred, however candidates that have a solid working history in a Legal Secretarial role, will be considered.
In return for all the above, you will be offered a competitive salary up to £18,500 pending experience, and a permanent, full time position. You will be surrounded by a talented and skilled team who will welcome you into their working family.
