Job Description

A fantastic opportunity has become available for a Corporate Governance Officer in the Cheltenham area. If this sounds like something of interest, keep reading!

Your daily routine will include being responsible for providing administrative support for the Trust's Corporate Governance team. Examples of work performed will include organising meetings and events; taking notes and minutes of meetings; filing and copying; managing correspondence; maintaining information or databases; obtaining stationery supplies; and undertaking other support activities.

You will be supported along in a team environment but you must have the ability to work alone also. You will be required to travel to Gloucestershire as part of this assignment.

You must have good organisation skills and an eye for detail. You must be confident using a computer system. Previous administrative experience in a public sector role is advantageous.

This is an initial 12 week contract however there is opportunity for this to become an on-going placement. Hour per week are 37.5 hours. Some work outside of core office hours (9-5) will be required, e.g. to support evening meetings/events.
