Job Description

My client is a leading Law firm based in central Reading is looking for an experience receptionist to manage the company's switchboard, meeting and greeting clients, transferring relevant calls, booking travel, arranging meeting rooms, managing diaries, ordering stationary and training new members of the team.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communications skills strong telephone manner and confident on MS Word and Excel and be well presented and confident working in a corporate environment.
