Job title: Corporate Receptionist
Hours: 4 day week
My client is a sophisticated IT business who require a Corporate Receptionist for a 12 month fixed contract. The business has a fantastic reputation for developing their staff and creating a progressive and dynamic work environment.
Corporate Receptionist Responsibilities:
" Coordinate and administer day-to-day office/facilities activity
" First point of contact for visitors or contractors
" Processing invoices manage facility services, schedule events
" Manage internal and external post via various logistics partners
" Manage office risk assessments and fire drills etc
Corporate Receptionist desired Skills and Experience:
" Excellent written and verbal communication skills
" Strong Microsoft Office skills
" The ability to multi task and work autonomously
" Able to interact with all levels of a company
" Prior experience in a reception, administration or office management are desirable
