Corporate Receptionist
Temporary Ad-hoc basis
Salary: £12.50 per hour
Location: London City
Hours: 8:00am-1pm / 12:45pm-6pm - (Shift pattern will vary depending on when cover is needed as this is an ad-hoc position)

Our client is an insurance organisation based in the heart in the City of London, and they are looking for part-time cover on an ad-hoc basis for a Front-of-House Corporate Receptionist position. You will be working over 40 floors-high in one of London's skyscrapers, representing one of the worlds largest insurance organisations that provide solutions to one-third of Fortune 1000-size companies.

We are looking for experienced Front of House Corporate Receptionists who take pride in maintaining a professional and strong work ethic at all times. As this is an ad-hoc role, it would be best suited to candidates who have a flexible schedule and are able to commute to the office in East London at short notice.

I would be interested in speaking to candidates that are looking for temporary work only, are local to the office and are available to meet the above requirements for the Front of House Corporate Receptionist role.

Overview of the role:

  • To deliver a consistently high-end, accurate and professional Front of House focused hosting experience to all employees, visitors, and guests at the designated site
  • To ensure the safety and protection of employees, visitors, property and information at all times, in a knowledgeable and service-oriented manner, ensuring an unobtrusive and comfortable environment
  • To be the recognised central point of contact for all Front of House operations, delivering a smooth and seamless execution throughout the premises
  • Demonstrate the core brand values and culture of the organisation, promoting a positive image of the business at all times
