Job Description

Our client is a high profile International Software company with stunning offices in the heart of the City of London and they are currently recruiting for an experienced Corporate Receptionist to join the London team

Based on the top floor of a multi-tenanted building you will be the 1st point of contact for all staff, visitors and guests.

These can be very high profile and therefore your professionalism and strong communication skills are key requirements

Your main duties will include

  • Greeting employees, customers and visitors ( including VIP) in a professional and welcoming manner
  • Ensuring the reception area, meeting rooms and collaboration spaces are tidy, presentable and well stocked.
  • Coordinating the booking of meeting rooms, particularly for large or complex meetings, including room set up and organising hospitality/catering services.
  • Liaising with meeting organisers, events team, and hosts to ensure meetings are fully serviced
  • Handling & tracking courier/shipments of goods/documents and ensure proper filing of related documents eg. Delivery Notes, Shipping Invoice
  • Processing outgoing Royal Mail and internal post daily
  • Ensuring office security including issuing access passes and key management, raising any concerns.
  • Assisting with the management of fire alarm, CCTV, door access systems and emergency exit door control panels
  • Supporting health & safety within the office
  • Providing services such as arranging local transport, restaurant bookings etc.



They are interested in candidates who have recent experience working within a professional corporate business reception role, who always goes above and beyond to provide an outstanding service

You must be happy working in the office 5 days per week - working a shift pattern between 8am and 6.30pm

Based upon your experience they are offering a salary range of between £23 -29000
