Brook Street have an exciting opportunity for a Corporate Sales Manager to join one of our commercial clients on a permanent basis.
We are seeking a strong people manager who can demonstrate that they have led, coached and developed a team to deliver the KPI`s and financial targets that have been set.
This role is definitely for someone who thrives on bringing through new talent, getting the most out of their team and setting clear goals and expectations. You will not be expected to sell directly but manage and support the team in reaching the sales goals.
An overview of tasks:
Supporting the sales team in all areas on a daily basis
Liaising with internal departments to facilitate an assertive working environment
Collaborate internally to coordinate international collections
Manage weekly and monthly forecasts
Deliver financial forecasts for budgeting
Drive recruitment within the department
Support and train new employees through probation
Liaise with MD and FD to set KPI`s
The right person must be approachable, be able to energise and lead a team, be positive and engaging.
We are not looking for any particular industry/sector background but instead very much interested in the people management experience.
LOCATION: Morecambe, Lancashire
SALARY: £30,000 - £35,000 (negotiable depending upon experience)
WORKING HOURS: Monday - Friday 0845 - 1700
