Duties to include:
- Setting up accounts for new customers
- Liaising with Account Managers to ensure the smooth creating of all new customer accounts
- Establishing customer requirements to provide excellent customer service,
- Identifying customer information and cross referencing against information received.
- Inputting information on the SAP system and updating Excel spreadsheets.
To be successful you will need to demonstrate experience within an office environment, preferably creating new accounts, good data entry speeds and accuracy levels and have a confident professional telephone manner.
This is a temporary to permanent position, working Monday to Friday, 9:15am to 5:45pm and paying £8.00ph.
