What you will be responsible for:

You will be focusing on the companies corporate transactions from PLCs to Family Businesses and everything in between, dealing with their Mergers, Joint Ventures, Banking and Acquisitions. Your ambition will be supported, and you will be given the opportunity to enhance the teams specialisms. What our client is looking for in you:

A proven track record of your brilliance is essential. You should ideally be in the 3 to 6 year PQE range of Corporate Law. Your drive to succeed and progress within the business is more important than how many years qualified you are. You must be able to deliver outstanding service to clients and have the desire to develop your skills.
