Job Description

Corporate solicitors required to form a corporate and commercial team advising on corporate M&A transactions joint ventures, shareholder agreements, joint ventures and management buyouts, and private equity investments, with a particular focus on the domestic market, advising a mix of small corporates, high net worth individuals, entrepreneurs and SMEs on corporate finance for founders and early-stage businesses, and working with these businesses, both on strategic acquisitions and venture capital fundraisings.

The firm's core sector specialities include retail, licensed leisure, real estate, and healthcare. However there is a large concentration of office accommodation in Woking town centre with employers from the FMCG, IT, Engineering Services and Charities sectors being particularly well represented and provide a large number of highly skilled jobs and opportunities for legal tender.

This role is in a busy commercial property department, dealing with loyal and high value clients. Attention to detail and the ability to build and sustain strong client relationships are essential requirements. You should be able to demonstrate technical expertise and a varied range of experience. You will be expected to provide a high level of service to existing clients.
