A new role has become available to work for a Government body as a Correspondence Officer (Executive Officer grade). The role will be working from home, Monday - Friday, 9-5, 37 hours per week. The pay rate will be £13.77 an hour, and this will be a temporary assignment for 6 weeks, with potential view to extend.
Overview of the role:
The team deal with a new and up and coming side to the Government organisation, which aims to help certain businesses take a more digital approach which will hopefully see their productivity increase. The temporary worker will be dealing with applications to this scheme, and the correspondence duties that come with it.
The worker will be working with a team of 10/20 people who deal with the communications/correspondence that goes out to the public via Email. This includes writing responses via email regarding complaints, appeals or enquiries to amend an application sent into the team.
Please note, all applicants if successful will need to undergo a full pre employment check, including a DBS check and we will need to obtain 3 years' worth of referencing.
