Our are looking for a dynamic, tenacious and customer-service orientated person to join our telesales team.
They provide a wide range of procedures & treatments including: breast augmentation, breast reduction, abdominoplasty (tummy tuck), rhinoplasty, anti-wrinkle treatment, dermal fillers and much more!
The past 24 months have been really exciting for our client, as we have launched a new brand, new website and brought on many new surgeons & procedures, seeing a 300% increase in activity over the period! The next 12 months promise to be even more exciting, with more new surgeons & procedures and a massive increase on our marketing efforts!
As we plan to continue the growth our cosmetic surgery activity, they are looking for someone new to join the team!
¢ Base location: Manchester City Centre (modern and inspiring offices with daily perks such as yoga classes, pizza day, morning coffees and pastries)
¢ Hours: Full time - shift work between 8.00am and 8.00pm including some Saturdays

About the role
The telesales advisor will be an essential member of the team, working within a fast paced, target driven role dealing with initial enquiries, making outbound calls, and managing inbound calls.
You will be a confident, enthusiastic, and determined individual who is able to manage a busy workload and enjoys working towards targets.
It is essential that applicants have the following:
" Previous Telesales experience is essential.
" Healthcare experience specifically in cosmetic surgery, aesthetics or like advantageous.
" Excellent Communication Skills.
" Target Driven with a can do attitude.
" Customer focused.
" Excellent closing skills.
Duties of this role include:
" Deal with all patient enquiries - for cosmetic surgery & aesthetic treatments - via the website, email, telephone.
" Making up to 100 outbound calls per day
" Passing enquiries along to the team for bookings
" Follow up with enquiries & lead multiple times in order to maximise the number of appointments and ultimately procedures booked
" Build rapport with patients
" Develop a comprehensive understanding of the services offered and the skillset of each individual surgeon.
" Various other tasks as required to be necessary for the needs of the business
Cosmetic Surgery/Healthcare experience is desirable, but not essential
