Our client in Bradford is looking for an experienced Cost Analyst, ideally from a Manufacturing background to cover a 12 month maternity cover.

Your responsibilities will include:
Responsible for the overall accuracy and timeliness of the monthly, quarterly and annual reporting related to our manufacturing facility in the US and other sites worldwide.
This will include reporting on reconciliation and analysis of Sales, Inventory and variable margins.
Prepare and maintain product cost data
Report on quantities, valuation, sales and usage of inventory
Report on financial performance and manufacturing statistics
Provide analysis of variances with written comments
Support the Divisional Controller in preparing monthly, quarterly and annual World Wide reports for the Division
Support the Product Line Manager in analysing the product line performance and ad hoc reports and projects.
Maintain and calculate direct labour and overhead rates and perform quarterly analysis of standard vs actual.

Essential Criteria:
Ideally AAT/CIMA part qualified or qualified by experience
Proficient excel skills, essential to be to use vlookups and pivot tables
Have experience in a similar manufacturing cost accounting role
